The Yap Challenge


I have been professionally yapping for fifteen years. Stages, lives, voice notes at eleven at night, DMs, rooms where I knew nobody. In that time the yapping has generated, or played a part in generating, tens of millions of dollars.

Not the branding. Not the launch plan sat in a Google doc that nobody has ever read. The talking.

Most people build something genuinely good and then go quiet about it. They post a graphic and wait, and tell themselves they will speak about it properly once the website is done, once they have a strategy, once they feel less like a fraud saying it out loud. Meanwhile someone with a messier offer and a louder mouth is getting paid.

That is not a talent gap. It is a habit nobody ever taught you.

The Yap Challenge is a month of building it.

We start with one live session on Monday 7 September at 12pm UK, around an hour, where we find your yap and get you set up. That is the only thing going in your diary. Then every weekday from the 8th to the 30th, a voice note lands in a private WhatsApp group with that day’s yap. Seventeen of them, five to ten minutes each. You go and do the thing, then you come back and yap into the group.

No Zoom after day one. No webinar software. No camera anywhere in it. You can take the whole month on the school run.

Week one you find the yap and start saying it in public. Week two you take it to actual people, which is where the money genuinely is and where almost everyone chickens out. Week three you ask for the sale. Week four we make it stick past September.

By the 30th you will have had more real conversations about your business than you had all summer.
