MIB VIP Mind Body Business Booster- The DUBLIN one

At 9:30am we will open the doors and get your registered so you have time to network and settle in before we move into the main area and kick off at 10am.

We will have fun networking activities, a kiddies corner in the room and fantastic speakers.

We will be hearing from staff from Aoibhneas about the work they do in North Dublin for DV survivors in refuge and in the outreach programme.

We are fundraising on the day and collecting gently loved large tote style bags and any essential supplies you can donate such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, notebooks, pens, personal care, make up or skincare samples. We will be handing over some completed bags to Aoibhneas to head straight back to the services on the day as well so we can have an immediate impact and help more women and children.

The purpose of our Mind, Body, Business events across 2024 is to open attendees up to some tools for minding our minds and bodies so we can thrive not just in life but also in business. We will have 5 speakers on the day and we will have an introduction to self defence with our Strikeback Self Defence Coach and HH International Trainer Gulshen Bano too.

We’re so excited to finally bring an event to Dublin for you all and we’re keeping it tight this time for you so there is more time to spend engaging in the activities and free time to chat and connect.
