Hi, I’m Suzanne, an AAT-qualified and licensed accountant and the founder of Small Business Bookkeeping (Stoke) Ltd, based in Stoke-on-Trent but I operate remotely so I have clients all over the UK  

I set up my business because I wanted bookkeeping and tax support to feel more human. After working in traditional practices, I knew that if I were running my own small business, I’d probably feel intimidated, confused, and worried about getting things wrong. That’s not how support should feel.

I work mainly with sole trader businesses, in particularly women who are brilliant at what they do but don’t enjoy the numbers side of things. My aim is to help your finances make sense and to support you in a way that fits around real life.

I’m friendly, approachable, and very much not a traditional accountant. I explain things clearly, in plain English, and there’s no such thing as a silly question. You can message me on WhatsApp, send a voice note, or ask things as they come up. I offer evening appointments, and if your kids pop into the background, that’s absolutely fine – I get it.
