I’m Rachael, aka The Creative Mama – a creative arts therapist living in the mountains of Gran Canaria.

I offer affordable, accessible creative therapy for all, with a focus on helping mums and women through life’s transitions. My work helps you reconnect with yourself beyond the daily juggle, while giving you simple creative tools to support both you and your family.
Who I help and how….
Whether you’re seeking reflection or transformation, I offer solo retreats in the
mountains and 1:1 creative arts therapy (in person or online) to support your wellbeing and self-discovery.

I create spaces just for mums, with group therapy workshops, 1:1 support (online or in person), online courses, and my signature group programmes designed to help you reconnect with who you are beyond the daily juggle.

I run enrichment classes on Outschool and my Little Stars performing arts classes, helping children explore creativity, build confidence, and navigate big feelings through play and performance.
