CONNEX 2026

CONNEX is our annual day together, and it is the one we look forward to all year.

Wednesday 11 November, Birmingham, 9:30am until 4pm. Lunch and refreshments are included, so you can put your bag down and actually stay in the room.

What it is, honestly, is a day away from the laptop with women who are building real businesses and are not performing while they do it. You will hear from Leona Burton, who has spent nine years building MIB Int Network across six countries while raising six children and running the whole thing from wherever she happens to be that month. And from Jesse Brisendine of Zero Limits Coaching, a bestselling author and TED speaker who works with Fortune 500 teams on the thing that quietly sits in the way of good people doing their best work.

Then there is everyone else. The women you have only ever seen in a Zoom square, in front of you, with a coffee, telling you what they are actually working on.

People tend to leave CONNEX with something they were not expecting. A collaboration that had not occurred to them. An introduction to exactly the right person. A conversation that changes how the next twelve months look. We cannot put that on a booking page and guarantee it, but it happens every year, and it happens because of who is in the room.

You do not need to be at a particular stage to come. If you are three months in and still working it out, you belong here. If you are years deep and quietly running on empty, you especially belong here.
