General Terms for All Packages

Agreement: By purchasing any Speaker Sponsor package, the sponsor agrees to the Terms & Conditions laid out below. These T&Cs are binding upon payment of the initial deposit and confirmation of participation.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required to secure the chosen package. Payment is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Payment is required within the agreed terms of each event timescale as outlined and will be specified and included within the invoice and confirmation email.

Event Participation: Sponsors are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and incidental expenses unless otherwise stated.

Speaker Responsibilities: Sponsors are required to provide their own presentations, equipment (if needed), and marketing materials for the event. Any additional requests must be made to the event organisers in advance for approval.

Social Media and Interviews: Sponsors must provide the necessary details, bio, and marketing collateral (e.g., logos, headshots) for promotion at least 12 weeks before the event where possible or within 72 hours of confirmation of sponsorship if the event is less than 6 weeks away. This includes confirming dates for podcast interviews and live interviews for you and the organiser from the outside.

Modification & Cancellation: MIB International reserves the right to make adjustments to the event agenda, speaker lineup, and other logistics in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Sponsors will be notified of significant changes and, where appropriate, provided with alternatives or compensation in accordance with the changes made.

Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or strikes.

Compliance: All sponsors are expected to adhere to the event’s code of conduct, which encourages inclusivity, professionalism, and respect for all participants. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without a refund.
